A worry with IDEO LABS GMBH

i live in the state of Washington. I am having an issue with one of the dating sits from this company. I started a $1 trial from them only to find out what kind of dating site it is. I try to find a cancel or delete account somewhere but not can be found. Apparently I can only wright a letter to them but I can't write in German. Just today I got charged over $80 from them. I plan to change my card and see if I can get my money back. What I like to know is that can I be taken to court if I do or have any legal trouble on the way? It's the last thing I need. I am hurting for money as is.

You should probably read the TOS for the site you signed up for and see what it says about cancellations. If doing it in writing is the only way, you can use any number of free translation apps or websites for your cancellation letter.

And in the future, if you can't afford the monthly fee, don't give your credit card number to anyone for a "free trial" unless you CLEARLY understand what your contract is and how to cancel.
