ny state. grandfather died in 1979,upon hid death a ab credit shelter trust was set up and supposed to be funded.grandma was the trustee and never settled his estate or funded the credit shelter trust.grandma died june 2000 and her new attorney discovered 900,000 dollars still in ---the estate of grandpa x that was supposed to be in the trust.grandma was also supposed to distribute all the money six years ago to me according to the trust,she did not.she never informed me of the trust and never intended on distributing the monies while she was alive.the estate taxes and yearly income taxes havr already been paid.will
the probate court consider the money as the b part or will they go back 21 years and see what was supposed tofund the a and the b parts.does the lawyer not the trustee have a duty to notify me when i hit age 30 and was supposed to get the money.is he liable for not insuring the trustee fund the trust and distribute the monies
