my husband moved out of the house without notice. he hadn't paid the house payment in two months. Left me with the coupon book and a summons to appear for an orientation meeting for custody of our son. when i came home for work all of this was lying on the bed and the closet was cleaned out. would any of this be to my advantage when we go to court for custody, child support and spousal support? i can not afford legal rep and i do not qualify for legal aid. please advise.
