i live in washington state. in the month of december a friend of mine needed a place to stay. she and her boyfriend had just broken up, and she had no place to go. i let her stay with me. around the end of the month (27th) she left the state of washington, and moved to alaska to stay with her mother. she took most her belongings with her, but left behind a few items stating that she would be back soon to get them. well its been two months now. i have no way of getting ahold of her. i want her things out of my house. she has made no effort to contact me and i dont know when or if she plans to come get her things. i'm ready to donate them to the goodwill. if i do so, can she comeback on me in any legal way? help!!!

sincerely, yolanda in olympia
