Stuff left behind by a former tenant, spouse, ex lover, stuff left in a storage facility, or stuff you found in a dumpster?

[SUP]Road kill is generally considered abandoned unless someone beats you to it. (Like a Beverly hillbilly.)
And it is a violation of the Royal and Ancient Rules to pick up a strange looking golf ball while it is still rolling. [/SUP]
