What is the name of your state? WA
I have looked and looked all over the internet.
Does anyone know what the period of time that a parent can be absent (without contacting or supporting) from their child before it is considered abandonment?
It may vary from state to state, but I haven't found a set length of time yet.:(

RCW 13.34.030

Washington Revised Code does not specificy a time period for abandonment rather a set of definable circumstances and actions "for a period of time".
