I live in the state of Utah and was charged with a felony for growing marijuana. My case was put into abeyance by the judge for 18 months. My probation officer just called and told me the courts just ended my probation for good behavior. I have been on probation for 9 months. Does my abeyance also end or do I have to wait for 18 months? Does the court clerk update my case to show that charges were dropped?

You should ask your probation officer or the court.

You need to fulfill all conditions set out by the court. Depending on the court, you may need to file a Motion to Dismiss.
