long story short.....I have two boys, my wife cheated, we are getting a dissolution, I moved into my parents until she can find an apartment. We both agree that I will keep the house, since she will not be able to afford it.
My problem is.....she and my young boys(2 and 4) are living like slobs. the house is nasty, and is getting destroyed.
We bought the house before we were married, and it is only in my name.
Can I take my place back, and make her move quicker, or is there anything I can do? i just want my boys to live in a healthy environment, and I won't clean the house for her, other then my boys room.

Is there any court order in place? If not, move back into your house.

no court order, I am just letting her stay there because she works part time, and is with the kids more. So they can stay in their own beds. I can't live with her...and we haven't filed anything, because I am waiting for the funds.

If you haven't filed anything and there is no court order you can both live there but you cannot kick her out and she cannot kick you out.
