well, it is only 5000 miles from Cincinnati to Rio de Janeiro. At 5-600 mph, less than half a day to get from there to here.
In January svale was in Brazil as well.

Only the tax implications and some of the regulations of Obamacare have started. The insurance regulations/state exchanges will not be in place until 2014.
