Hi forum,

I have been working for a staffing agency for a year, and although it is well known that they don't offer any benefits is there any law where the hiring company should provide me with some benefits after a target time is reached say 1 year. It would seem to me unfair that they can just use you anyway they want and not provide any benefits nor make you a permanent employee for as long as they choose to keep you around.

Thank you.

You didn't provide your state, but I'm fairly certain there is no law in any state that requires vacation time to be provided, at all, ever.
