My husband walked out on the kids and I last August. I hired an attorney and filed divorce papers in October. This divorce should have been completed back in November or December, according to my attorney. However, now it's March and it's STILL not done. To complicate things, my ex has started ditching our court dates!! How many times does he have to miss under Ohio law before I can have my divorce without him??

P.S. in this time that he's not coming to court, he's also not honoring his visitation with the children OR providing child support as ordered by the court...
