is my employer allowed to make absenteeism policy based on my position in the company? if i'm off for 3 days in a row due to illness and someone else in another dept is off due to illness for 3 days, can i be written up but the other person not due to a difference of job duties? employer has no policy on record other than excessive absenteeism will not be allowed, but there is no description to say what that means. cincinnati, ohio
