What is the name of your state? Washington. Police called more than 155 times on or by occupant of house. No occupation permit non inhabitable according to code enforcement. No arrest or inspection, possible mental health issues. A nuisance for sure and appears abuse of 911 ,disorderly house.anyone hear of such a thing?

What are the complaints? Could it be that the property is a mess?

If your neighbors are abusing 911 that is between them and the police.

It appears that, as co-owner of the house, you and the co-owner need to secure your property better and fix it up, or demolish it.

Bearstain, is it the co-owner who is occupying the delapidated house you purchased - or is the house you speak of here a different co-owned house?

You can continue to be cited for your property's condition if you are not taking care of it properly. I think it might be time for you to visit the house again.
