I live in Northwinds appartment complex with my family. We own two cars out of necessity not luxury. One of the cars was slightly dented in an accident and had to be left parked pending settlement in court. I had to lease another vehicle to commute to and fro my place of employment. To make a long story short, my parked car was towed away by this dumb security jerk who freely decides what car to tow when. I have video evidence of selective towing, partiality and abuse of office being practiced by this nonentity. The most insulting part of it all is the fact that my next-door neighbor's car which had broken down for over two years is untouched, and so are several other eye-sores not fit to be called cars.
