I was directed by my immediate supervisor and the Superintendent to omit serious information (alcohol being brought into the institution by an employee) from an employee's Performance Evaluation. I refused to do so and have been scheduled for a disciplinary hearing for insubordination. This employee reported to me that the Superintendent "gave him his word" that this would not be held against him in his evaluation and that the information would never leave the work site.
