Depends upon whether or not the husband is the father of the child. If so, he can file to have the child returned to the home state (FL) immediately. If not, no consequences.
Father files a motion in court to have his child returned to Florida. Mother will have to explain why she moved the child without the father or the courts permission. Mother may be deemed not proper for custodial placement and Dad is given primary care.
