Can a father get a court order from a judge to allow him access to his child on Easter? He has been denied access to the child (1 year old) by the mother when he went to see him a couple of weeks ago. No custody papers or child support charges have been filed yet. It is all pending in the next few weeks. They were never married. A letter was sent to her lawyer by his lawyer requesting access on the childs birthday and it was denied. His lawyer said he would send a letter again requesting access for a few hours on Easter but not to count on it. I was wondering if he could get a judge to grant access. He is in Texas. No DNA has been done but he has stood up in court and said the child is his and his name is on the birth certificate. Thank you.
