What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Do parents have a legal right to get copies of internal emails sent in a school system ? Per the sunshine law.

Do you even know what the Sunshine law states? Don't answer, it was rethorical.

The Sunshine allows the public to have access to the public records of governmental bodies.

.Yes I know what the sunshine law states, but there are so many exclusions and exemptions that I would like to know if the public school system is accessible.

Internal emails would not be public records. If there were a lawsuit, you could subpeona the emails.
