What is the name of your state?Georgia When my my mother passed away I inherited some land, this land can only be accessed over another parties property. We have been accessing our land across this property for 10 years
and have never been stopped. We use this land for cutting wood, hunting,
school projects, etc. (it is only land, we do not live there) I do not know if we have a right-of way or easement, but thought that I had read that if we
has been accessing the land for over 7 years and not stopped it becomes the
legal easement. Is this true? Can they stop us from accessing our land?
I cannot spend money to fight this, what are my rights and how do I get them?
