i let my firend borrow my car to the movies and he ended up hitting someone. i have full coverage on the car but he is not insured. will insurance pay for the damages and will i get in trouble?

If the driver was properly licensed and was driving the car with your permission, your insurance will cover the accident. No, you will not get it trouble, you did nothing wrong. The only problem you will have will be having your insurance rates go up.
