One of my roomates friends was at my house when my roomates dog bit her. The dog actually took off about 1/3 of her lip. I rushed her to the trauma center where she under went plastic surgery. Im afraid she may sue and I want to know am I liable? The dog belonged to my roomate but I was the one who let the dog in the house. If she can sue how much might I be liable for. I feel terrible this has all happened and Im so sorry she got hurt. Now I'm worried about what this might mean for me.
