I live in South Carolina. My daughter was driving my uninsured car. We were fined and her license was taken.
A third party car was slightly bumped on a private repair lot. This car nor its owner were not properly identified on the accident report. The owner later had many repairs made that were not related to the accident. His insurance company and a later collection agency has requested the DMV revoke may registration in this state.
Do I have any other recourse?
