Accident on private property with no insurance

My son was hit by a driver who is illegal and has no insurance. The accident took place on my farm, in Arizona, which is private property. He borrowed the car from his girlfriend. Can I sue the owner of the car for damages to my vehicle?

Absolutely. Your Cause of Action is "Negligent Entrustment". Hopefully, the owner is insured.
