Okay. No lectures. We don't know your State. We don't know your U.M. Limits. But, that's all moot anyway, because you're going to handle this yourself, and wind up getting the shaft. To tell you each and every step, and each and every procedural requirement, or to tell you what to do or say, what not to do or say, and when to do or say, is difficult at best, and impossible at worst. Get an attorney . . . oops !! I was starting to "lecture." Sorry, that's my job.
