The Mac started with the one button mouse before MS-DOS came to rule the PC world. It was meant to be a simple idea, but the two button mouse is the one thing PC really took over. I've not used the one button mouse for many, many years. Good thing is you plug a two button mouse into a Mac and they just work. I've been using a Razer Naga gaming mouse, works great (and all the glowing buttons on it is very cooliCritters, all of them. Can't even right click, unless you know the trick (and yes, I know the trick). .
