i got sick and had to take a few months off from my business i had a manager who had worked for me 11 months so i felt secure in letting him manage the bar for a few months while i got my blood pressure under control.
well im not sure of the date but instead of making depositsin my account he had went and opened one under my old tavernsname
with only his name on the acct.
needless to say i was very upset ,but didnt think the bank would have a problem once i went down and talked to them becouse my acct. was there andthey knew rex was in no way owner or part owner or married to me that wouldgive himthe right to do this. well i was very surprized when i was told they couldnt help me becouse i was not on the acct.
in the mean time my acct was beeing overdrawn becouse he was putting it in his.
1-he had no drivers licens
no liquor licens
no tax i d no.
and the name of the bar was fake
this bank let him open a n acctona bar that did not exist ]legal???
