I blew out my knee in 96' while at work and had reconstructive surgery to repair it. Liability was admitted by the company and workers comp. paid all medical expences. In 99 (after reaching maximum medical improvement) I was playing sports with some friends and I blew my knee out again and had to have another reconstructive surgery on the same knee. At the end of 00' I tore the meniscus in the same knee again. (undetermined cause) Both the 2nd and 3rd surgeries I have paid for out of pocket but since being released from restrictions this last time I have been told that "all of the medical expences" should have been covered by the original w/c claim. If the 1st wouldn't have occured the the other injuries would not have. Any comments would help. Thanks
