Michigan. This happened in a little community park. The officer pulled me over asked what i was doing and i told him i was playing football with my friends he said " I dont f-ing care what you were doing" the he asked again what i was doing so i rpeated the same thing. Then he told me that i was driving around in the grass which i wasnt. Then he got my liscense and registration and went to his car came back a couple minutes later and said i had a ticket for careless driving and never to lie to a police officer again then i went on my way.
First To get into the grass i would have went through a ditch, and i have a mustang. I could not make it over a ditch i would get stuck. Second I saw the police car sitting there so why would i drive in the grass in front of him.
I have a court day set. I had 3 other people in the car with me, do i bring them to help get the truth out? Im only 17 so the police wont beleive me. Does anyone have any suggestions for me because i fell like ive been robbed because i am being charged $150 for something i didnt do plus the points on my liscense whic is really going to get my insurance up.

Take pictures of the area where the alledged violation took place and of your car. Bring your friends too.

I went back to the park with my dad and took pictures and i also founda big imprint of the tire that was on one of the marks. It is totally different from the tread pattern on my tires, so we took pictures of that and the pattern of my tires. I also got an imprint with plaster of the tread of the car that made the mark. Do you think this is enough to get me out of it?

Make sure your pictures cover every area you could have entered from so the officer can't argue that you came in from a place not photographed. He can't prove squat so he should be history. Note I say "should". You might mention the officer's language at the trial. I believe it's called "conduct not becoming a public official" or something like that.
