Hi,

I need some advice, well my parents own a doughnut shop in TEXAS. Well, today some guy comes in tells my mom that his kids are sick from eating our sausage rolls this morning. Basically his story is that both of his daughters(one is in 2nd grade and other one is a junior in highschool) gotten sick at school for food poisoning(school nurse called him that it was food poisoning). I ask him "both of your daughters are sick at sametime? Both school called you at sametime?" he replied "YES". So I tell him, "maybe its from something they ate last night?", but he says, "no, it can't be. Its your sausage rolls that caused the food poisoning, you know that food poisoning shows up after 4hrs. Everybody knows that." then kept saying samething over. So I just tell him to bring the documents that shows our sausage rolls caused the food poisoning. What should my parents do?
