What is the name of your state? Virginia

Hi, I am in a bit of confusion and trouble. I have a PO Box I use for business use. I have never done anything illegal with it. Then I got a message that the postal inspector called and came by the house. They were trying to talk to me. Apparantley my PO Box was being used as a cash donation point for Katrina Relief Victims. I had just lost my key a week prior, and been using my spare key. The purpetrator had made a letter and a return envelope to the PO Box. I have never seen these letters. What should I do? What should I tell the postal inspectors to get my name clear?
