In addition to trying to organise a vote saying that i am ousted from the tip pool, the woman at work is also calling my coworkers and saying that i steal money from the tip pool and that she has seen me do it, and has seen me alter checks. this is completely false!!
what can i do? anything?
does the CBA and the fact that i work at a corporation prevent me from being able to label this as defamation? these things are untrue and are being said to spite me and cause me harm. she has no proof! i have never done this and i havent dont the closing paperwork in months so wouldnt even have had the chance to steal from the pool.
