Indiana. my wife went shopping at the store and did not notice two items she left in the cart when she paid for her groceries. So she was stopped by security and accused of stealing they took down all her info and gave her a paper saying they will not take her to court if she pays $200.00. What should I do? She was not trying to steal. Should we go to court or pay their extortion money? Thank you for any help.
