What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Anderson County Texas

A 40 acre tract of land in Anderson County Texas does not have electric easement to the property. There are electric poles 800-1000 feet away on
three adjacent properties. None of the property owners want to give a utility easement through any of their properties. Is there a legal way to get an easement for electric to a property. The electrical engineering has looked at all the options and has talked to the owners and has not been able to get an easement agreement. What can we do?

If you wish to perpetually tie up a portion of their property, you should offer to appropriately compensate them financially. If you make it worth their while, maybe they will agreed to SELL you an easement.
