What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pa

have a potential case against a past employer for a pay issue..
seems he has 2 corps registered in the state - both w same names, the only difference is one being an llc. both registered the same day. my issue is w his llc corp , can both be listed as well as him in a case ? i have a feeling
he set up 2 corps for a shield against lawsuits.. having his contract work
( income ) on the corp , then employees under the llc - thus he could just
shield any income / liquid assets from actions he did under the llc ?

You name the corp that shows on your paystubs. You can't name the other one because you can't claim against a corp that hasn't done anything wrong to you, and the other corp hasn't wronged you (even if it is owned by the same person).

Whether the owner is doing this to avoid paying judicial orders is not your issue to pursue.
