What is the name of your state? VA

Have a creditor who continues to report on account after I filed bankruptcy, the month after filing they reported the account 120 PD then for 6 months after that they reported it as a Charge Off. The bankruptcy was chap. 7, no assets and closed within 3 months of filing with no problems. My lawyer told me at the time that all activity on the accounts would come to a halt after filing except for notating the bankruptcy.

My other accounts are all reporting correctly and have anywhere 3 to 5 different boxes to check if disputing them but this particular account only has one box which states "not mine" then a blank box which asks to provide additional info as to why its not mine. If it had a box that I could check for "incorrect reporting" that would be great. By the creditor reporting activity on the account after filing does that necessarily signify that I can argue that it can't be mine?
