is this discrimination?
in California. am disabled, work part time. was working as telemarketer when offered the position of verifier. This is normally a 25hr/wk job. I explained I could only work 20hrs/wk because am on disability (dis is permanent)this modification was ok, I accepted the job. aprox 3 mos later was told there were too many verifiers and since I can only work a 20hr wk I was being replaced as verifier and could go back to telemarketer. Is this legal? what should I do?
My supervisors know I hate sales and was getting ready to quit when offered the verifier job.
