Wow, isn't it amazing how when someone doesn't get the answer they wanted, they always turn around and insult us all? They act like we are the criminals............hmmmmmmmmm.....go figure! (ONLY 1 !)

The question was answered on the original thread on the 26th. You replied on that same thread after that. You had your answer prior to this new thread. It sounds like the real problem is that you don't want to believe that your version of proof is not really proof.twings44 said:

They were interested because the entire issue of dismissing the case is irrelevant if you cannot prove the officer was lying. They wre trying to inform you of that when you made a conclusory statment that you assumed was proof. You insisted it was proof, it is not. Sorry, but they are going to call you on it. As the above poster stated, it's the "spinach in the teeth" type thing.twings44 said:
