What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
We have a sloping driveway about 100 ft with first 50 feet being an easement over neighbors land (neighbor does not use this part at all as they are almost at the street). We want to add heated wires to deal with snow. Neighbor is ok with it but want us to take liability for any accidents/claims on that easement and wants us to add them as added insured on our liability policy. Is that fair and reasonable? Are we taking on undue risk? Any suggestions on how to proceed? Any comments/input much appreciated. thanks.
