What is the name of your state? South carolina

As I posted earlier on, our neighbors behind us are adding on to our fence. We asked then one year ago to chip in for the cost of half of the back wall which will face their property. We declined and ended up building the frnce completely on our property. Now they are just adding on. Can they do that without permission?

They cannot build anything on your property without your permission.

If you do not want them to build it on your property. tell them to stop. If you let them, make sure you have a written agreement that the neighbors are paying for the fence and since it is on your property that it is your fence.
