What is the name of your state? Maryland

I declared bankruptcy and I had a relative purchase a home for me. The relative has a mortgage on the property, and I pay all payments and taxes, as well as the down payment. How can I get my name tranferred to the property?

**A: why do you ask because you no longer own the property? What was the deal that you had with this relative? And did you know that the transfer may be considered BK fraud?

Actually, the BK has nothing to do with my question. If I have a relative that owns real estate and has a mortgage on the property, can I have my name added to the deed without getting a new mortgage?

**A: Listen, you must tell us the complete facts or we will not respond further.
