What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?florida. I purchased a car stereo on ebay. the stereo didn't function from the beginning. after several attempts to get it to work (with tech support from the seller) I was told to ship it back to them and I would receive a new stereo the next day. they have about 3 forwarding addresses which delayed the shipment for about 2 weeks. once they received the stereo they said that the stereo doesn't work properly, and for them to send me my new stereo they need an additional $30. I refuse to pay more shipping when it was there product that didn't work. I noticed that it said additional shipping of $40, but never did I read that it said if there equipment is bad I have to pay for shipping 3 times. now its been over a month since I purchased the stereo and nothing. what can I legally do?help!

If you want the new stereo, pay the shipping, install it and verify it works, then leave your opinion in the feedback section. If you think paying 3 times for shipping is bad business, tell everyone else that in the feedback. But...make sure you have a working unit first.
