I need to find out someone's address so I can sue them. They have moved recently, and the current address isn't listed on public records or any other related sites. if I pay a fee to access specific information on one of these sites, will I get what I'm looking for? If not, how can I obtain the current address?

Those pay to locate sites are only as good as the info supplied to them. If the person has nothing attached to the address such as utility bills or vehicle registrations, the new address won't show or could take up to 6 months to show up. It depends on you if spending $25 or so is worth the cost. Other options include paying a private detective or you can play detective yourself and follow the person home.
