What is the name of your state? FL

Hello!
Its possible in USA/FL that an "address where/at which process can be served" can be a pobox like at a UPS store?
Or is a "a real physical address" necessary?

So, would a contract legal, if a contracting party has only an adress as a pobox like at a UPS store?

ThanksWhat is the name of your state?

Valid service of process could be made at a commercial private P.O. Box, like a UPS store. It could not be made at a U.S. Postal Service P.O. Box. Also, use of a private P.O. Box would not invalidate a contract.
You might also wish to know that a private P.O. Box service is required by law to keep a record of a box holder’s “real” address (but they rely on the box holder to provide it and normally obtain it from a driver’s license, so it may not be or remain valid).
