Adjudicated 1st DUI, different state 2nd dui

I got an underage DUI of .03 in MS when i was 19. I am 20 now, and i just got a DUI in FLorida for .208, hit and run(because i was unaware i hit someone, but nothing serious) and improper vehicle registration. I was supposed to enlist into the Marines in December. Does the adjudicated DUI count against me in FLorida to make this my 2nd DUI? What are the chances of getting a lawyer and having a favorable outcome? What do you think will happen with the Marines?

They probably will say no to someone with 2 alcohol related
incidents in so short a time
