Does anyone have any information on Adjudication/non-adjudication concerning fleeing/alluding law enforcement officer in Florida. A Plea Barain was signed by defense counsel, prosecutor and defendant with non-adjudication after probation was completed. Judge accepted plea bargain until clerk pointed out that adjudication was mandatory with fleeing/alludoing since the last Florida Legislative session. I can't find the info on that on there internet. If it was, in fact, put into law, would the date of the offense or the date of sentencing be considereed as far as the date of enactment of thenew law? Any help would be apreciated. Just seems odd that neither the judge, the prosecutor or the defense counsel knew about this.
