What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

If an apartment complex denies for certain crimes that result in, "any conviction or adjudication other then acquittal," would most here take that to mean it includes "adjudication withheld"?

Do you consider "adjudication withheld" to be "a conviction or adjudication other then acquittal"?

I can give more info if needed, but I didn't want to muddle the matter. I always thought that wording was self explanatory but just recently had a lawyer tell me that "adjudication withheld" is not an adjudication at all and therefore isn't covered by the wording.

Thank you for any help!
