What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

I filed for an administrative reviewwith the Circuit Court Of Cook County regarding a decision the department of professional regulation in Illinoiis made concerning my professional license.

The State did not answer and is in default. The State's Attorney comes a full five days to ask for time and to file an answer. I want to file for a default judgement as their time is up for filing. How could I go about that. The State's Attorney admits in her motion that the State is in default.
