Can anyone recommend a decent, reasonable rate adoption attoney? May be jumpin the gun a bit here, but, it shouldn't too difficult of a case (if thats possible). According to Kansas statutes, CP should be able to file for abandonment and get NCP rights terminated. However, would still like to know of any personal recommendations. Thanks.
