i live in indiana. when my son was born we decided my boyfriend would adopt him all we did was go to the county office building and my boyfriend signed a parenty paper stating he was his father so my son could have his last name my sons biological father never signed away his parental rights could he decided he wants to be a part of his life and challange that paper if can how can i stop him without going through the courts and paying a bunch of court costs could i just have him sign a paper saying he gives up his right or do i need a legal document
