Adult pictures taken in a relationship but now ex has posted them on website

I live in New York on long island.

The person who posted this is an ex he now lives in England is married to an English person but still has residence in New York, I don’t know if it actually is him that did this or his wife she is English

During our relationship we took hundreds of pictures, regular ones and then adult ones with movies as well. We are both in the movies since it was us having sex and doing other things.

The problem is he was the one always holding the camera so his face is not plastered all over the internet just his (you know what), but all of me is everywhere and now hosted on this new site, he owns. I am not posting the link to the website but what is posted are nude pictures of me and my ex and movies of us engaging in intercourse.

I read some of the other threads and it is not a commercial site where he is making money but a site where I guess he hopes other people will post there ex’s pictures to teach them a “lesson”.

We had a bad break up and he told me not to contact him anymore well I continued and recently he decided to post all of our images on the internet. I knew he does this kind of thing, internet sites and stuff and I asked him if he would ever do it to our pictures and he said why not it might be fun and at the time I thought it might be fun but not now he sent the link to people in my family.

What can I do about it? Since we are both in the images and movies he has also posted my full name, my e-mail addresses, AOL screen names, and my cell phone number. Needless to say I am being called by different freaks. PLEASE HELP!

I received information about writing to the company hosting the site and telling them this is harassment and deformation of character. I have gone to www.whois.com to find out who is hosting it. But I was also told that the images belong to him and he can do with them what he wants. Today I am writing to the host provider and I hope to get somewhere with them, but I would like to hear real advice from members with a legal background or have settled situation like this before.

Go to their website and register a complain using their own line forms. Past the people who have been advised of the sites existance that you really care that see it, no one is just going to happen upon the site. There are a blue million porn sites out there.

Well freespeech I guess I am that idot and I will continue to say it, it is pitiful the way I am chastised while looking for help and just following directions. I was told by a senior member and ADMIN of the site to post the link “we need to look at it to see what ground you have”, I am sure your read that didn’t you? To continue your statement no the other member did not miss much and I hope the rest of the people on the net continue to miss it until the site is taken down. freespeech is this how you live you life, attacking everyone? I went and looked at a few of your past posts to other people and it is all you do, you rarely help and if you do it is after a barrage of insults. You can get your point across without making the situation worse.

“Now read this slowly freespeech” advice is taken when given in a helpful and direct manor not when it is riddled with sarcasm. So thank you for the advice on messaging the webs pace provider.
